Don’t worry – we provide Step-By-Step instructions for all the Type A participants. You will be guided, but given space to be playful.

During this class, we teach and coach with a mindfulness approach. By talking through the steps and “don’t take it so seriously” bring mindfulness to the forefront and breaks the ice for individuals to “let go and just have fun”.

Problem Solving
You may have questions about mixing specific colors or painting different forms. Many of these questions will come up. Some we will help you, others you will figure out on your own.
